US ARMY 1ST CAVALRY PATCH - ARIAL PHOTOGRAPHER
This is a 1st Cavalry patch. As used by the US Army during the Vietnam war. Several versions of
this patch were produced.
The patch featured here has the traditional construction with the diagonal black stripe and horse head
on the upper section. A design of a red devil holding a camara while riding an aircraft has been
embroidered in the lower section. Single engine propellor aircrafts were commonly used to collect
intelligence information. this is a very rare 1st Cav patch.
