Vietnam War RPG Model 2 - This is a Vietnam war era RPG model 2. One of the earlier styles of RPGs used in a conflict. Of Chinese manufacture, this weapon has proven to be very deadly and effective, even in today's wars.

The design of the weapon is very simple. The same basic tube is employed multiple times. The rockets are loaded from the front.

This photo illustrates the front of the RPG. A very simple flip-up sight is provided. A basic canvis sling allows the weapon to be carried. A fiberglass cover provides the soldier protection from the heat produced from firing projectiles.

This is the rear portion of the weapon. A sling is attached to it via the use of two loops. The tube is rendered disabled by cutting it and welding it shut.

This is the trigger mechanism of the RPG. Black plastic grips with an aluminum frame. A safety system is provided. Various numbers and markings are stamped throughout the weapon.
