civilians in the cities of the United States. Complete with canvis carrying case and instructions

The design of the mask consists of a rubberized body. Two plastic lenses and the filter attached
directly to the mouth area. The filter is of metal construction. It has instructions printed
in black ink.
The carrying bag is made of light canvis. Khaki color. A shoulder strap is sewn to the body.
The letters US are stamped to the front. Just below that is the Chemical division logo.
