Tinnies were quite abundant in Germany during the Third Reich. They were primarily manufactured from pop-metal and plastic.
They were handed out to individuals for a wide variety of reasons. Sometimes it may have been for attending a political rally,
celebrating labor day, Mother's day, etc.
