WWII GERMAN NSDAP COLLAR TABS -
The National Socialist German Workers' Party (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei), abbreviated NSDAP,
commonly known in English as the Nazi Party, was a political party in Germany between 1920 and 1945. Its predecessor,
the German Workers' Party (DAP), existed from 1919 to 1920. The term Nazi is German and stems from Nationalsozialist,
due to the pronunciation of Latin.
The party's last leader, Adolf Hitler, was appointed Chancellor of Germany by president Paul von Hindenburg in
1933. Hitler rapidly established a totalitarian regime known as the Third Reich.
The collar tabs featured in this page were issued to a leader.
