WWII GERMAN FARMING BILL DOCUMENTATION

Which roughly translates to the following:
"Farmer plate, mark mountains, asks urgently for the Payment of balance on the wood located at hobe of Rsk.103, 73, bought with it, furthermore over drove off the wood, there the impactflat concerned still to be aufgeforstet is. I ask for report, biz when her payment and drove off to carry out want."
