WWII JAPANESE ARMY UTILITY POUCH


The equipment employed by the Japanese Army had alot of influence from the old days of the Samurai. Most of it was built from leather or light canvis.

A general purpose carrying bag issued to the armed forces of Japan during WWII. Canvas construction with a shoulder carrying strap stitching.

The picture on the lower left shows how the pouch is secured via the use of strings.
