WWII Japanese Badge -
This is a WWII Japanese badge. Produced and issued during the war.
The award was given to individuals who excelled in work production.
This was a civilian award. Many badges like this one were created in that period.
Measuring 1 1/8" by 3/4". Die struck construction with a single Japanese marking on the front.
Two crossed cannons adorn the front. A projectile is located at the bottom of the badge. A propellor
at the top.
Two vertical columns of characters are found in the back.
The suspension system indicates that the badge would be worn on the lapel or hat. Very good
construction.
