WWII GERMAN 1941 MUSSERT MEDAL -
This is a WWII German Mussert medal. Complete with the issue cardboard box and the matching ribbon.
The Mussert medal was issued by the Dutch occupation government to Dutch individuals who showed bravery.
One interesting aspect about this award is that it was not authorized by Hitler, therefore the award
had to be recalled. This fact makes the Mussert medal harder to find.
