This is a German WWII Hitler coin. Several designs of this type of item were made during the war. The coins were

One side of the coin shows Hitler's profile. The words "Meinem Fuhrer" are written aove the head. The words
"unverbruchliche treue" are written below the head. Both phrases are separated by a swatika at eah end. The
other side of the coin shows a two story building. A laurel branch is placed to each side of the structure.
The words "Einueihung am4.november1934 in Buchholz" are written at the bottom of the building.
