This is a British dress hat. Of wool construction. The bill has a cardboard backing. The front has a gold color insignia consisting of a crown with burgandy background, placed atop a wreath with a circle in the center. The circle houses a lion holding an axe.

Th inside of the hat is quilted and has a clear plastic diamond which houses a paper label. A sticker with the number 59 is placed at one end of the dianond. This number indicates the size of the hat. Manufactured by the Ambassador company.
