Mao Tse Tung lead the communist into victory after WWII. Ever since, his image has been displayed in various types of formats all over china.
The items displayed here are metal pins of different sizes. Some are of enamel construction. Others
are simple painted metal. Most of the pins are marked in the back side. They were issued to military
and civilian personnel.

reproduced. However, other type
of military collectibles are.
It is becoming more difficult to be able to tell the fake ones from the real ones because
the quality of the reproductions is improving. The collector must become familiarized with
the construction style and materials employed in the manufacturing of these medals.
Attention to the details is critical in order to be able to determine the authenticity of
the collectible.
