This is a WWII German buckle. As used by the Army. Of metal construction. Smooth surface with an eagle in the center. The eagle sits on top of a swastika. A wreath under the eagle. The words "GOTT MIT UNS" (God with us) written on top.

The back of the belt buckle shows a manufacturing mark.
