Japanese WWII Army Shooting Award patch -
The following is a patch issued by the Japanese army during WWII for the purpose of recognizing the ability of
rifle shooters. the design of the patch consists of two pieces sewn together. The backing is made of green wool.
A circular cotton form is sewn to it.
The center has an orange wreath tied at the bottom with a bow. A set of black crossed rifles.
The back of the patch is plain green wool. The cricular stiching that holds the center part is visible. It is
done in light green thread.
