	 US Army 1st Cavalry - MIKE FORCE - Vietnam War Patch -   The Mobile Strike Force Command, or MIKE Force, was a key component of United States Army Special 
	Forces in the Vietnam War. They served with indiginous soldiers selected and trained through the 
	Civilian Irregular defense Group CIDG and were led by American SF and Australian SAS. MIKE Force 
	was a force multiplier, operating what is today called a Foreign Internal Defense mission.
 
 This is a 1st Cavalry patch. As used by the US Army during the Vietnam war. Several 
        versions of this patch were produced.
 
 A black stripe crosses the patch in a diagonal direction.  The words "105 MIKE MIKE"
	are written along the black stripe.  The number indicates the unit number.  The 
	word MIKE referred to special forces. This is a theater made patch.
