1965 US Air Force OG-107 Field Jacket - Vietnam War -






This is a US Army field jacket as used during the Vietnam war.  Of  sateen construction.  Four pocket design.  With a built-in hood.  Dated 1965.  Small, leather squares provide a base to support the draw strings.  Exposed green plastic buttons secure the top pockets. The collar is rounded which is a characteristic of the USAAF jackets.

A white tag is sewn unto the jacket. It provides a wide variety of information such as the date of manufacturing, the manufacturer's name, color, material, etc.
