BUILDING THE BODY OF THE Me-109


These pictures illustrate how the infrastructure of the German Me-109 aircraft was put together. Notice that younger people, quite possible Hitler Youth members, are shown riveting the panels to the main body.


The left photo shows the wing of an Me-109 on its side, being prepared for production. The picture below is of the nose of the aircraft being built.
